By accessing StaffComply, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

StaffComply is a workforce compliance training and evidence management platform designed for UK businesses. It provides interactive microlearning, certificate management, and compliance reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

• Complete assigned training within designated timeframes
• Provide accurate information for certification and compliance records
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Report any system issues to your administrator

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All training content, course materials, and platform design are owned by HHnextGen / StaffComply and its licensors. Training content is provided for internal awareness and compliance purposes.

5. Disclaimer

StaffComply provides internal awareness training. It does not replace formal accredited training where legally required. Certificates are evidence of completion of StaffComply training modules and should be verified via the certificate verification page.

6. Limitation of Liability

StaffComply and HHnextGen are not liable for any regulatory non-compliance arising from the use of this platform. Organisations remain responsible for ensuring their staff meet all legal and regulatory training requirements.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

Access may be terminated by your organisation's administrator. Users can also initiate account deletion from Profile Settings. Personal account data is deleted, while records that an organisation legitimately needs to retain for compliance, security or audit purposes may be kept in anonymised or de-identified form in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
